An ICJ press release republished by UNISPAL shows Colombia withdrew, on 18 September 2026, the Article 63 declaration it filed in South Africa v. Israel on 5 April 2024. The record supports a narrow procedural conclusion and leaves key questions unanswered, including any reasons, observations or separate court ruling.
The ICC says amendments to its Code of Judicial Ethics entered into force on 16 October 2026, adding social-media caution and stating the code is binding. The retrieved record shows the legal change, but not yet how the Court will enforce it or whether a 2026 Official Journal entry has been posted.
ICC records show Trial Chamber III found Rodrigo Roa Duterte fit to stand trial in a decision dated 28 September 2026 and made public on 8 October 2026. The opening remains scheduled for 30 November 2026, but the public record does not establish any merits finding or the detailed conduct of the hearing.
